The contract shall initially run for 12 (twelve) months. The contract shall be automatically extended for a further 12 (twelve) months if it is not terminated in good time, 12 (twelve) weeks before the end of the contract period. Notice of termination must be given in writing.

Billing shall be carried out via the respective cooperation centre, if applicable.
